Cellini Runners with Merguez Sausages

A market trade with Taylor from Fatted Calf led to this delicious dinner using leftover Cellini runner beans and fresh Merguez sausages from Fatted Calf. After cooking the sausages and reheating the beans, I crumbled some dried, smoked onions from Tierra as a topping.
