Normally when ordering from our website, we pack the order the next day and it gets shipped out DHL the day after that. We have been bombarded with orders, most likely from the Grand Slam of being in Gourmet, Food + Wine and Saveur all within two months, and we’re struggling to keep up. Orders are taking 2 to 3 days at this point to pack. It’s not huge but Joan, who runs things, gets very uptight if she’s not providing a quick turnaround on your order.
