My favorite part about the harvester is how the pods are expelled out the back and the blades chop them up before they hit the ground, returning to the soil as green manure.
Hey Steve; Great pictures, In Iowa, the farmers use a combine on the soybeans and corn. Is the harvester that we seen in your video just for beans? I have never seen a harvester like that before. I only have a 20 foot row of dragon tongue beans that I need to be picked, sure wished I could use your harvester. he he
Yes, this is specifically for beans. You can see up top, there’s even a screen for further cleaning. It’s pretty amazing!
Thanks for sharing this video. It’s fun to see this process to better understand how the beans go from farm to table.
