Yesterday afternoon I send out an email with news about our new beans. Immediately we started to get orders. Lots of them. It was pretty wild. This morning we came in to find out we've completely oversold Flor de Castilla. Luckily it's a bean we'll be getting again soon, but it might be several weeks. I apologize for creating such enthusiasm and then falling short. Inside, we're all just shaking our heads here and saying, Wow!
While I’m sorry for all who’ll have to wait for their beans, that’s pretty exciting! Must be particularly so for the farmers who wondered whether there’d be much interest. Let us know what they think 🙂

Aside from a bit more grit and dirt (which you warned us about), these beans were up to your usual high standards, and they were DELICIOUS!
