I'm a lucky fellow in that I have a big flock of chickens and gigantic cactus plant. No Carnation Instant Breakfast for me!
The beans at the end aren't traditional but I live fast and wild and sometimes I throw caution to the wind, just like that.

I didn’t use a salsa. I forgot to mention that I used a fresh serrano chile as well.
