It's time to make beans, tortillas and more at Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge. The details are here but I will add that I haven't been so excited about a class in a long time. I've never been to Boston or Cambridge but we sell a weird number of beans via mail order to the region.

It’s not weird, New Englanders love their beans! It’s not that hard to transition from baked beans to beans cooked in the Rancho Gordo manner (and then never go back to baked 😉
