I know there's a huge problem with water in California but the rain here in Napa was just a little short of normal and it was all the good kind of rain. It started out slow and gradually built, saturating the ground instead of creating runoff and a big mess.
Even with the rain, it's hard to watch my neighbors use a sprinkler on their grass lawn in the middle of the day.
