On Saturday we hosted David Harap from Austin, author of Entertain Like a Gentleman, for a book signing and some snacks.
David made some great Texas chili and "Texas caviar" (a cold bean salad).
Another satisfied customer! Erin loves the caviar!
Our wine for was from St. Supery and it was a huge hit.
Sandy made her famous cheesecakes with the Xoxoc marmalade.

We also had an exhibit of great bean art created by 5th grade students from a local school. I did a presentation and asked the kids to design their ideal bean and these are what they came up with. The results were pretty incredible and I'll post details later.
