Chile Sauce with Beans over Eggs

Younger son Nico was at it in the kitchen this weekend. Saturday night for dinner we'd had a chile sauce with chicken and zucchini. Of course, a side of beans were obligatory.

Nico took the leftover chile sauce and thinned it out with chicken stock and then added the few leftover bean we had. He prefers his eggs over easy, so that's how he made it.

A delicious breakfast for a proud father.
