It has arrived. We’ve officially hit the iceberg!
We are needing at least two days to process your orders once we receive them. We have two crews working to get everything out but just as we get caught up, it seems another wave of orders comes in. It’s a good problem, but it’s a problem and the staff is upset because they want to get you your orders as soon as possible.
If you want an order for Christmas, please get it in as soon as possible. Our official cut off date is the 14th but at the rate we’re going, we may have to make it sooner. Stock levels are all good, except for we had crop failure on the Cassoulet. We’ll have more about that later.

I ordered on the 14th and just received the shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery of the 29th! Oh well.
I’ve contacted our cust service to see if they can upgrade the shipping.
